Clare Neville

Clare has processed over 1,000 assessments since 2015 for the National Early Childhood Assessment Project (NECAP) at the University of Colorado-Boulder. She has assumed the same responsibilities for the Colorado Home Intervention Program(CHIP) and now for ODDACE. She provides technical support to the participating states, monitors the assessments for completeness and integrity, and helps train and supervise student employees.

Educational Background: University of North Carolina-Greensboro, University of Maryland-College Park

This is Clare’s second act. Before moving to Colorado from the Washington, D.C. area, she spent 20 years in the banking industry. She has recently found a love of bridge and binge-watching The West Wing.
