Join us for our Annual Teaching with Technology Symposium which will feature a lightning round of teaching with technology presentations by 6 faculty participants in ASSETT’s seminars and services. Each presenter will describe a teaching and learning strategy and technology they’ve put into practice in their classroom. We’ll have light refreshments and time to connect with colleagues.
Presentations will include:

- 3:15 – Lightning Round Presentations
- 3:15 – 3:25 Kubi use in an Italian class by Courtney Fell (OIT) and Giorgio Corda (French and Italian)
- 3:30 – 3:40 Mindomo for student genetics projects by Pamela Harvey (MCDB)
- 3:45 – 3:55 Polleverywhere for student group reports by Vilja Hulden (History)
- 4:00 – 4:10 Student groups using Padlet by David Brown (Political Science)
- 4:15 – 4:25 WordPress for student history projects by Myron Gutmann (History)
- 4:30 – 4:40 Student use of Qualtrics in research methods by Stefanie Mollborn (Sociology)
- 4:45 – Question and Answer for presenters
- 5:00 – Community and networking opportunity
