Jay McCready (Fin'83)

Jay is an experienced business executive with a proven track record of success leading teams, driving growth, and improving business and finance operations. He has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and market analysis, with a strong track record of developing and implementing effective business strategies. Jay has a proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally. He is a results-driven leader who consistently delivers measurable improvements in productivity and profitability and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all business dealings.

Jay has a commitment to community volunteering; mentoring high school, college, graduate and business leaders; outdoor enthusiast (biking, hiking, pickleball). He enjoys spending time with spouse (Juli) and family (2 daughters - Dallas and DC) and grandchildren (4 & 7) and supporting their multiple activities. Jay has travelled extensively to 6 of 7 continents (Antarctica remains) and throughout the US. He is looking forward to getting to that last continent in the next few years.
