Pat Cavanaugh

Pat brings a diverse wealth of experience to CU Boulder Advancement and the IFR team, having worked in development, fundraising, and event management for non-profits including Marlboro College, the Organic Trade Association, and Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation.

Since she started at CU Boulder’s BioFrontiers Institute in 2017, her goal has been to provide administrative excellence for her team, freeing development officers to spend their valuable time securing the funding necessary to continue growing CU Boulder’s mission as a top national public research university.

When not at work, Pat enjoys spending time with her two daughters and their spouses, hiking (well, strolling really), cooking, gardening, reading, and making at least one pilgrimage annually back to her roots in New England to visit friends and family.
