Natalie Hester

Natalie Hester has over a decade of experience connecting donors with meaningful causes in higher education, libraries, and the arts. As Director of Development at the University of Colorado Boulder, she cultivates impactful relationships in the Northeastern Region. Natalie previously held leadership roles at St. Edward’s University and The University of Texas Libraries in Austin, where her work in major gifts and campaign development supported students, faculty, and research initiatives. Known for her talent in translating complex goals into compelling opportunities, she combines a sharp strategic mindset with a deep commitment to social impact. Natalie earned a graduate degree in Arts Administration from Boston University and an undergraduate degree in Music from Southwestern University. New to Colorado, she enjoys exploring her beautiful new state with her husband and two daughters.
