AGSO sponsors short computer courses to provide training in various computer topics, such as Linux, Matlab, and Latex. Each of these courses meet over a period of a few weeks for a total of 12 classroom hours. The courses are offered free to all engineering students, and are taught by Aerospace Engineering Sciences graduate students.

Teaching one of these compact courses not only enhances your resume and your experience, but each teacher is also be monetarily compensated for his or her time. Also, for Ph.D. candidates, teaching this course may count towards your teaching practicum; whether or not this teaching experience fulfills the practicum requirements is at the sole discretion of your advisor.
