Research Property Services is responsible for managing 12 buildings located on the main and east campuses. The Research Building System has approximately 1,046,104 gross square feet of building space, which is typically leased to university, governmental, not-for-profit, and private affiliated research organizations. We also own and manage 8 student houses in the Grandview development.
The RPS management team is on site and ready to serve you. Our goal is to deliver quality management services and to develop a mutually rewarding relationship with our customers. We hope to accomplish this by interfacing with you on a regular basis to ensure that your specific needs are satisfied.
