Joining the team as in April 2017, Michelle jumped at the opportunity to work for the Buff Club as it combined three of her passions—CU Boulder, Sports and Student-Athletes! Working as a teacher, coach and school administrator, Michelle has a profound respect for the demands of the student-athlete and the legacy of the Black and Gold. Serving as the Program Manager for Strategic Engagement, Michelle is able to bring her private sector expertise in Marketing & Strategic Communications to the Buff Club as she oversees marketing, social media, stewardship and donor relations for the Buff Club. With a degree in Speech Communications from University of Northern Colorado, Michelle has worked for organizations such as Sprint, Time Warner, and Ameritech, and schools in Colorado and Arizona in helping them grow their enrollment.
Michelle and her husband moved back to Colorado to be closer to their daughter who is a proud Buff and attends CU. A lifelong sports fanatic, she never misses an opportunity to watch college basketball or watch Ralphie run down the field! Michelle takes great pride in working for CU Athletics and is loud and proud when she cheers on the Buffaloes!
