You can now get help straight from your own website.
Our new support system is now connected to your site via a Help link located in the blue admin bar of your site. Once clicked, you will be prompted to search your topic and a list of related tutorials will display.
Not the right tutorials? Either redo your search or use the Send Message button to submit your question to us.
We are adding weekly online Open Lab appointments to expand our in person support schedule. Starting in July you will be able to schedule a specific time slot to connect one-on-one with a support staff in addition to coming to an in person Open Lab session.
