Edgar Abelleyra

Edgar Abelleyra is the "Lazos de Agua" Project Coordinator in Living Water International - Mexico. He has more than 27 years of experience in the water sector in private institutions, non-governmental organizations, and the Mexican government - the National Water Commission (CONAGUA). He played a role in promoting and organizing groundwater users associations called Underground Water Technical Committees (COTAS), the first water culture program in the agricultural sector, and the social assistance and community organization wing of the federal drinking water program. Edgar has a master's degree in Business Administration from the Technological Institute of Higher Studies of Monterrey.
