Anna Libey

Anna Libey is a PhD student currently focusing on lifecycle costing of sustainable services for water utilities and systems approaches to monitoring and maintenance challenges, in the context of rural water services. She is a former Engineering For Change Research Fellow and participated in the International Development Design Summit 2018 in Botswana. She is also a professional WASH mentor for Columbia University Engineers Without Borders in Ghana, previously worked for a circular economy and Internet-of-Things startup called Citizengage in Bangalore, and volunteered with the water research NGO Caminos de Agua in Guanajuato, Mexico.

Outside of academia, she has a love/hate relationship with her electric car and is adept in travel photography, hiking, and vegan cooking.
