The fair runs from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm and students, faculty, and staff are invited to visit your tables. This is also a great opportunity for you all to visit with each other to establish new partnerships, gain new ideas, and see what other great organizations are doing in our community!
Be Involved Fair is a Zero Waste Event, meaning if you bring any materials to campus that are noncompostable or recyclable you are responsible for taking them with you when you leave.
The event will be held on Norlin Quad in the center of campus. In case of rain, we will move indoors to the Rec Center.
We are expecting over 7,000 students to attend this event.
Shade is not available outside at the event space so please come prepared for the weather.
Power is not accesible on Norlin Quad.
Open flames and glass containers are not allowed.
Due to the size of the event parking is somewhat limited especially close to Norlin Quad. Please consider having a colleague drop you off at the event or use public transportation for the easiest arrival to campus. If you must park your vehicle on campus, please follow our parking guidelines and also be prepared to navigate campus on foot.
Bring sign-up sheets, brochures, cards, pens, tablecloths, banners, and any other promotional materials you may have for students that are interested in learning more about your volunteer and internship opportunities. No stickers please!
Although it is not required, you are welcome to bring a 10 x 10' pop-up tent as it is expected to be hot during this time of year. Please just let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring your own tent.
Any tents must be secured with water weights, sand only weights, or cement weights that are completely solid, ie not mixed on site or day of.
Colorado weather can be unpredictable, so please come prepared for anything! Please bring hats, sunscreen, umbrellas (to shield the sun), paper weights (for the wind), etc.
