ExoPower
ExoPower manufactures in-motion capacitive wireless charging systems for electric vehicles (EVs) and material-handling vehicles (MHVs). In-motion capacitive wireless charging enables EVs and MHVs to charge while they work, eliminating the time needed to stop and recharge or swap batteries, which dramatically increases productivity while also significantly reducing the required onboard battery size.
Icarus Quantum
Icarus Quantum is developing scalable solutions for a secure quantum internet. Our disruptive technology can generate quantum light reliably and efficiently, in contrast to other generators in the market that work only a fraction of the time and limit the reach of quantum networks. Our on-demand quantum light can distribute quantum entanglement between network nodes, enabling secure communications over even intercontinental distances.
ImmunoLogic
ImmunoLogic is developing novel therapeutics for treating inflammatory diseases. Its lead compound, IML-100, can be taken orally and—uniquely—remains in a totally inactive state until it reaches sites of intense inflammation. Only there does it transform into its active state, providing highly targeted treatment right where it is needed, only where it is needed. ImmunoLogic is pursuing preclinical development to treat Multiple Sclerosis and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis.
TEGSAL
TEGSAL is building an antimicrobial, hemostatic polymer. This technology is intended to stop hemorrhage, and dynamically protect wounds from bacterial infection. This exciting polymer is being investigated for providing sophisticated treatment in an easy to use form for wounds in military and emergency trauma settings.
Twine
Twine is a next-generation data integrity and security platform based on a peer-to-peer network of blockchains. We offer innovative and lightweight tools and services that make it easy for individuals and companies to add timing, audibility and verifiability to sensitive data.
Nanoplasmonics
Nanoplasmonics develops an optical biochemical sensor to detect, identify and quantify food contaminations caused by small molecule toxins such as mycotoxins. Mycotoxins are toxic and sometimes carcinogenic metabolite products of fungi that grow as molds on grains, nuts and other crops. Our portable, simple, highly sensitive and selective biosensor will provide unmatched capability to quickly identify the potential risk of contaminations and poisoning for a wide variety of consumers, from farmers to food processing facilities.
Poseidon Photonics
Poseidon Photonics is working on a counter-propagating all-normal dispersion (CANDi) ultrafast fiber laser. The dual frequency-comb laser can do interferometric measurements that yield remote chemical fingerprinting information as well as LiDAR information.
