Guidelines for Holds in Campus Solutions

Description: You're required to meet with your elementary education advisor.

Impact: You can't register for classes.

Instructions: To remove the hold, schedule an advising appointment. After you've met with your advisor, your hold will be removed within three business days.

Description: You are required to complete the online Community Equity course.

Impact: You can't register for classes.

Instructions: To remove the hold, complete the Community Equity course in Canvas. The course should appear on your dashboard after logging in. If you don't see it listed, select "courses" then "all courses" on the left side of the menu. After you've passed the course, your hold will be removed within 1 hour.

Description: You're on academic suspension.

Impact: You aren't eligible to register for Main Campus classes.

Instructions: To enroll in Continuing Education classes, submit a course request. To remove the hold, raise your cumulative and business GPAs to 2.00 or above, or make significant progress as defined by Leeds’ Academic Standards Policy.

Description: You haven't yet verified that you've registered with the U.S. Selective Service System, which is required for students who were assigned male at birth and are between the ages of 17 years, 9 months and 25 years old.

Impact: You can't register for classes.

Instructions: To remove the hold, you must complete two steps:

1. Register online with Selective Service.
2. Complete the Selective Service Verification Form.

After you've completed both steps, your hold will be removed the next business day.

Description: You must register with the U.S. Selective Service System and submit a verification form to CU.

Impact: If you don't complete both steps by the posted deadline, a registration hold will be applied to your account.
