Change and transition can feel overwhelming. During this one-hour workshop, attendees will learn about their relationship with change. Learn ways to manage current and incoming changes and transitions related to work, relationships and everyday life.

Off-Campus Housing & Neighborhood Relations invites all residents—students, grad students, families and other neighbors—to four block parties in September in neighborhoods around campus. Enjoy games, free food and activities to get to know your neighbors.
