Campus Dining Services is excited to welcome you back to campus. We have made adjustments to our operations to ensure the health and safety of the CU Boulder campus community.

Changes for fall 2020

Dining locations will begin opening the week of Aug. 17. Students, staff and faculty will notice adjustments to campus dining this semester. Adjustments include:

  • All dining centers, the Alferd Packer Grill in the UMC and our grab-n-go locations will be open to residence hall students only.

  • All dining options will be grab-n-go only and some may require ordering ahead.

  • Block meal plans will not be available for purchase.

  • The campus community can access retail markets, restaurants and cafes. Campus Cash and credit/debit cards will be accepted.

  • Students, staff and faculty can use the new Nutrislice app and website to view menus and order ahead at most Campus Dining Services locations beginning Aug. 17.

Dining options for students

Students living in the residence halls will be able to access the campus dining centers, grab-n-gos, restaurants, cafes and retail markets. Dining Centers and grab-n-gos will accept meal swipes and restaurants, cafes and retail markets will accept Munch Money, Campus Cash and credit/debit cards. Starbucks will accept Campus Cash or credit/debit cards.

Dining options for staff and faculty

All staff and faculty will be able to use Campus Cash and credit/debit cards at restaurants, cafes and markets. This includes:

  • Farrand Market and more

At this time, staff and faculty will not be able to visit the dining centers, Alferd Packer Grill or grab-n-gos. Campus Meal Cards that have already been purchased will not be valid for the fall 2020 semester. The expiration date on the cards will be reset so they can be used in the future.

Order ahead using Nutrislice

To order meals ahead of time for pick up, campus community members can use the Nutrislice app or the Nutrislice website to place orders. The Nutrislice app and website will allow you to view menus, place your order and schedule pick-up. You’ll then be able to pay with Campus Cash or a credit/debit card where accepted and pick-up your food to eat outside of the dining area.

To download the app, search for Nutrislice through your phone or tablet’s application platform.
