Colorado voters firmly disapprove of President Trump, overwhelmingly dislike Congress, and give a sizable edge to Democrats in a generic 2018 Congressional election ballot. That’s according to the Colorado Political Climate survey conducted by CU Boulder’s political science department. The annual survey is designed to gauge the public’s political and partisan leanings, opinions on key issues facing the state, attitudes toward major statewide and national political figures, and their outlook for the upcoming 2018 election season, says political science professor Scott Adler.
