CU Boulder experts are available to discuss the implications.

On competition and community broadband

Nathan Schneider, a scholar in residence in the Media Studies department at CU Boulder, is available to discuss how the move could impact competition within the industry. He can also discuss how Colorado is taking a leadership role in developing community-owned broadband networks that could be less impacted by federal deregulation.

Phil Weiser, Hatfield Professor of Law and Telecommunications at Colorado Law and author of Digital Crossroads: American Telecommunications Policy in the Internet Age, can discuss what net neutrality is, its history and the impacts of the FCC vote.
