The university community is invited to join Education Abroad and International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) in celebration of International Education Week (IEW) Nov. 12–16!

Founded jointly by the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education, International Education Week represents “an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. This joint initiative is part of our efforts to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences in the United States.”

EA and ISSS will host a special IEW edition of International Coffee Hour on Nov. 9, featuring appetizers, an awards ceremony for our photo contest and Global Citizen awards winners, an exhibition of many photos from the photo contest, and a special visit by Chip. Additionally, ISSS will host a Pizza & Perspectives on Nov. 12, and Admissions is doing an international student takeover on the @futurebuffs social media accounts.
