Demolition of the Sibell Wolle Fine Arts Building on the University
of Colorado at Boulder campus is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. on
Friday, Jan. 4.
Contractors plan to work through the weekend and hope to have the
building completely down by the end of next week.
They will raze the nearly century-old building to make way for
construction of the new $63.5 million Visual Arts Complex. The
170,000-square-foot complex is scheduled to be completed during the
2009-10 academic year.
