Skylar Pongratz is a first year MA student after graduating with Bachelor's degrees in Spanish and Theatre Management from Buena Vista University in 2019. Skylar's research surronds 17th century Spanish convent theatre, with an interest in how feminist theory meets theology and performance.
Some of Skylar's favorite credits are: Dotty/Mrs. Clackett in Noises Off, Emma in The Language Archive, The Lady of the Lake in Spamalot, and Lucy Angkatell in The Hollow. Beyond acting, Skylar also enjoys working at the box office and providing administrative support for CU Boulder's THDN outreach projects.
If you talk to Skylar outside of the classroom, she will probably bring up RuPaul's Drag Race, astrology, or her 2 adorable cats, Rick and Janet.
