Jess Masciarelli began her career at Dell working with Higher Education and K-12 institutions to help them digitally transform their infrastructure and operations. Throughout her 15 year career, she has also worked for companies such as Apple, VMWare and Salesforce, aligned with Global customers across varying industries consulting on ways in which Cloud technology can make them more agile, efficient and competitive. Now at Google Cloud, Jess is working with Higher Education institutions once again, evangelizing the move toward Google Cloud Platform to address the unique challenges these institutions are now facing.
Jeff Nessen has been working in IT for more than thirty years. Starting in System Operations for a mid-sized Telecom company, Jeff learned the importance of maintaining a real time, always on environment. He has held many IT positions from operations through Sr. IT leadership. In the last decade, Jeff has focused his attention on helping customers achieve their business goals by utilizing Managed Services, Cloud, Containers, Automation and IT practice modernization. Having been most recently at Docker, Jeff has spent considerable time helping customers modernize their application and DevOps platforms.
