This workshop will articulate how the RomeLab project integrates into both traditionally conceived course structures and innovative, lab-based classes in the Department of Classics and the Digital Humanities Program at UCLA.  Through hands-on use of 3D mapping and modeling tools and virtual world software, workshop participants will complete sample classroom assignments, interact with final projects created by students, and survey the myriad ways that undergraduate and graduate students contributed to and learned from the RomeLab research environment.

Participants are asked to bring a laptop to the workshop.  (NB: iPads, Android and iOS systems, MS Surfaces, pencil and paper, Chromebooks,  and the like are not supported technologies for this workshop.)
