Student Employment helps students find work on- and off-campus through the Job Location and Development (JLD) Program. The JLD Program helps employers fulfill specific personnel requirements for part-time and seasonal job openings. The program, which is available to all currently enrolled students, is administered by Student Employment.

Hourly Jobs

Most students who work off-campus are hired as hourly employees. We will post off-campus jobs to the Student Job Database, viewable by current CU Boulder students through Buff Portal. We do not offer any pre-screening or background checks.

On-Call Jobs

If you're looking for temporary or one-time help, try our on-call employment service by submitting the On-Call Job Listing Form. Our office will contact a group of students who have signed up to receive notification of this type of job.

Commission Jobs

Student Employment will post commission jobs that are appropriate for student employees on a case-by-case basis. There is a Commission Job Announcement Form required to determine whether or not the job is in the best interest of student employees. Network marketing organizations are not eligible to post job announcements with our office.

Disclaimer

Student Employment does not perform background checks on students applying for jobs, nor on employers posting job opportunities. Student Employment reserves the right to edit or refuse your job announcement for any reason. View complete disclaimer.
