If you are planning to host an in-person event, activity or gathering, attend one of the upcoming trainings. These trainings will cover:
An overview of in-person event policies and guidelines
The required steps to get an in-person activity/event approved
Additional resources to have safe and successful in-person activities/events
An opportunity to ask questions
The trainings will take place via Zoom and include a 30-minute presentation and 15 minutes of Q&A. As a reminder, all in-person programs and events, including those hosted by Student Affairs staff, require campus approval and campus is updating their guidance here.
