Employee Development Manager, Infrastructure and Sustainability

Kelsey has worked at CU for five years in the Department of Infrastructure & Sustainability as the Employee Development Manager.  He is the program manager for the Infrastructure & Sustainability Mentor Program (ISMP), and the co-creator of the Infrastructure & Sustainability Inclusive Excellence Committee (ISIEC) where he currently serves as co-chair.  Kelsey helped develop the Frontline Service Worker Computer Literacy Program, and the Staff Exchange Program with colleges/schools across the Front Range. Kelsey also serves as chair of the Chancellor’s Committee on Race and Ethnicity.  

Prior to working at CU Kelsey was a Gang Intelligence Officer and Field Training Officer for the Colorado Department of Corrections.  In his free-time Kelsey enjoys spending time with his five year old son, where they enjoy camping, skiing, kayaking and all things outdoors.  He looks forward to obtaining his scuba certificate with the hopes of joining a local Search and Rescue Department.
