CU: Where are you from?

GG: Boulder, baby!

CU: What year are you? What’s your major?

GG: I’m a sophomore studying mechanical engineering

CU: What disciplines of cycling do you participate in for the team?

GG: I race Road, Mountain, and CX

CU: How long have you been riding? What category do you race in?

GG: I’ve been riding for 15 years or so and now I’m in the A’s

CU: What got you into cycling?

GG: My parents started me off young and I just stuck with it

CU: What is your favorite kind of racing? What is your favorite collegiate race?

GG: XC is my favorite style of racing and the Steamboat XC would have to be my favorite course

CU: What are your cycling ambitions?

GG: Foot out, flat out! All day, every day!

CU: Are you sponsored by an outside team? If so, who?

GG: Clif Bar

CU: What do you do besides cycling at CU? Other clubs, jobs, etc.

GG: Sleep, it’s very important for success

CU: What is your favorite part about Boulder as a city?

GG: The mountains are awesome. Great hiking and biking up there

CU: Biking is a big commitment time wise, how do you balance your academics and social life with cycling?

GG: I don’t!

CU: A lot of wise, successful cyclists live by a specific mantra… Do you have one?

GG: Send it!

CU: If you could have lunch with anyone, who would it be and why?

GG: Andre Szlendak because of his amazing jorts

CU: What's a fun fact about you?

GG: I hit a deer on my bike once

CU: You would say you are a ________ person

GG: Dog

CU: What’s your favorite music to ride to?

GG: Rock n' roll

CU: What’s one thing you never ride without?

GG: My bike. It would be hard to ride without it

CU: What bikes do you currently ride?

GG: Niner on the mountain and a Colnago on the road

CU: What were some of your goals for the past season?

GG: Be fast!
