Research Interests
I am interested in studying the genetic, social, and neurological factors associated with both physical and mental health behavior. I am also interested in the association between motivation and health and wish to consider the motivational strategies that are most effective for long-term health (e.g., starting and committing to a healthy diet or exercise plan) as well as how self-perception and motivation interact to influence health goals.
