The purpose of assessment / evaluation is to identify communication strengths and areas of challenge or deficit in order to determine best possible treatment options.
Evaluation generally begins with an in-depth interview with clients and families. Our experts will develop an understanding of the communication abilities and concerns each client (and family) experiences in different situations. Based on the identified priorities, the evaluation team will plan formal and informal measures that may include observations, standardized tests, and questionnaires. The assessment / evaluation concludes with a results sharing session to provide clinical recommendations and answers to the questions that clients and families may have.
