On May 1, 2013 a new set of IRB Policies & Procedures went into effect.

eRA will be unavailable this weekend from 6:00 PM Friday, April 19 until 6:00 PM Sunday, April 21.

eRA will be unavailable from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM on Sunday, April 14.

The HRP-502: TEMPLATE - Consent Document has been updated. Please ensure that you use this version moving forward. The new version is available to download in eRA and on the Forms & Templates page.

The HRP-212: FORM - Continuing/Final Review Progress Report was updated. Please ensure that you use this version moving forward.
