CU Boulder’s Office of Emergency Management is working to coordinate the collection and distribution of unused personal protective equipment (PPE) available from various areas of campus. Donated supplies will help on-campus needs and be distributed to local health care providers. Individuals on campus with university supplies they would like to provide can send an email to emergency.management@colorado.edu to notify the office of what items they have available.
Examples of needed supplies include:
Face masks (disposable N95, P or N100 respirators, surgical masks), single-use nitrile gloves (all sizes), face shields, disposable lab coats or frocks, goggles, alcohol gel hand sanitizer, surface disinfecting wipes, surface disinfection solutions (stabilized hydrogen peroxide based, stabilized hypochlorite based, hospital-grade quat with isopropyl/ethanol).
