The catalog team is getting ready to begin production of the 2018–19 catalog. To keep abreast of developments, please subscribe to our mailing list.
If you need to update a faculty list, program description, policy information or degree requirements for the current academic year, please complete one of the forms below.
To update course descriptions, please see Academic Scheduling.
If you’re new to the catalog project for 2018–19, please register for an upcoming training session.
Space is limited, so returning users should only register if they had significant trouble last year or have moved from a non-academic department to an academic department. We provide one-on-one assistance to both new and returning users during our fall drop-in hours (schedule coming soon).
New Users: Academic Departments
These sessions include training on course lists and plan-of-study tables.

New Users: Non-academic Departments
Wednesday, Oct. 18: 3:30–4:30 p.m.

Last year, catalog staff held regular drop-in hours so that catalog contributors could get one-on-one assistance with content creation, revision and approval. We'll be posting this year's drop-in dates and times in the coming weeks.
