All grades must be posted by the final grading deadline, Sunday, Dec. 24, 2023, to avoid causing serious negative consequences for your students, which may include academic standing, financial aid and graduation eligibility.
Special session class's grades must be entered, approved and posted within four days after the last day of class. See Fall 2023 Special Session Grade Processing Calendars.
We strongly encourage faculty to submit grades by 5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 22 due to campus closure.
If you're in need of first-time training or a thorough refresher, RSVP for our online web grading training this Friday, Dec. 15, from 11 a.m. to noon.
All instructors must indicate the level of course participation and last date of participation (if applicable) for all assigned incomplete and failing grades. Instructions are provided at the top of each grade roster.

Winter Break Support: The Office of the Registrar will be closed for Winter Break beginning Friday, Dec. 22 at 5 p.m. and will reopen Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2024 at 8 a.m. Limited support staff will be available to respond to grading-related issues Tuesday, Dec. 26 from 9 a.m.–noon; you may contact support during that time via registrar@colorado.edu.
