It's fair to say we’re all missing a little bit of competition and physical challenges right now. In an effort to help facilitate some fun and fill that competitive void, Sport Clubs is teaming up with Fitness and Wellness to offer you a weekly challenge. Our weekly workouts are an opportunity to compete virtually with your peers and/or club. There will be an opportunity to drop in to a weekly fitness class to help you prep for the workout and connect with others!

Our goal is to have at least one representative from each sport club, the more the merrier! 

Competition Details

  • The workout will be released on Mondays.
  • The Tuesday class at 12 p.m. is open for drop-in to practice the movements.
  • Live competition workout dates: Friday, April 2, 9 and 16 at 2 p.m.
  • Results are due to Danielle or Annie Fridays by 5 p.m.

Live workout will be Thursday, March 25 (Wellness Day) 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
