Description of potential projects for CINEMA applicants: Streamlined manufacturing processes for solar cell materials, devices, modules, and systems, o Synchrotron-based investigations of solar cell materials (both silicon and thin films) and carrier-selective contact layers, using XAS, nano-XRF, nano-XRD, and more o Multijunction high-efficiency solar cells.
