Description of potential projects for CINEMA applicants: 1. Advanced surface passivation development for Si solar cells based on nanoscale materials engineering; 2. Nanostructured passivated contacts development for record efficiency Si cells; 3. Tandem cell development with Si bottom cell: nanoscale interfacing of the top and bottom cells for >30% efficiency.
