Brazil's Science Without Borders' Special Visitor Researcher Program Science Without Borders has a program called the "Special Visitor Researcher" for US researchers to team with Brazilian researchers and postdocs and graduate students from both countries.

The next call for proposals will be released on March 5, 2015 and the deadline is usually in mid-April.
Even though this program is not part of CINEMA, it offers a way to build further collaborations with nano science, energy and materials researchers in Brazil.
