CU Psychology and Neuroscience Professor and Director of the Institute for Behavioral Genetics (IBG) John Hewitt (Behavioral Genetics) was in the news for being a co-principal investigator on a grant to study the large-scale long-term effects of marijuana use. The $5.5 million dollar study, funded by NIDA and the first of its kind, leverages IBG's expertise in large-scale genetic studies.
