Denver Study of the Built and Social Environment (DBASE) is a project based at University of Colorado, Boulder that will explore neighborhood effects on health by providing a unique neighborhood-level data source describing social processes and aspects of the built environment that link area of residence to the health of the residents. DBASE is working to identify which neighborhood factors are associated with health, how they affect health, and when they are the most influential across the life-course.
Neighborhood Health and Engagement Survey
We are currently conducting a preliminary research survey for DBASE. The survey is designed for individual participants to provide information about: Neighborhood character, personal health and health behaviors, and participation in Registered Neighborhood Organization (RNO) and other community organizations/groups. If you are part of an RNO in Denver, please head over to this link and take our survey.
