TCP at CU Boulder is the headquarters of the Neutral Vehicle Consortium

TCP is the academic Neutral Vehicle headquarters. The Neutral Vehicle Working Group is an international, multidisciplinary group of technical, industry and policy experts in the areas of telematics technology, engine diagnostics, cybersecurity, large scale data storage, data analytics, data privacy and data usage rights.

Millions of internet-connected vehicles are travelling the globe today. The security of cyber physical systems and networks is an essential underpinning of data openness and platform neutrality.

The Neutral Vehicle Platform is planned around security by design, a broad base of recommendations, guidelines and standards with input from government agencies, independent experts and the security community.
