Pathways to CU Physics is an innovative program that trains and prepares underrepresented students for graduate studies in physics through research experience and inclusive mentoring.
To facilitate these experiences, the program develops and supports undergraduate-focused research partnerships between faculty at CU and Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs). These partnerships can take many forms, from regular summer research placements at CU with cross-institutional mentoring, through to a full year-round research partnership between MSI and CU faculty members.
