
Professional Experience
Dr. Anderson works with senior executives to facilitate large scale change and organization transformation, with a particular focus on organization design and talent management. As director of organization and talent development at Oracle, he is responsible for organizational change initiatives that range from executive coaching to leadership development to complex organization design engagements. He is the author or editor of four books, including the bestselling text Organization Development: The Process of Leading Organizational Change. His most recent book, Organization Design: Creating Strategic & Agile Organizations, was published in July 2018. Dr. Anderson has also published a number of articles on organizational change in academic publications such as the Journal of Organizational Change Management and the Journal of Business & Technical Communication.
