Department of Linguistics

I am a current MA student in the Department of Linguistics, with a bachelor’s degree in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience from the College of Wooster. My broad areas of interest include intercultural bilingual education (IBE), the intersection of language and social/cultural identity, and language documentation and preservation. I have spent time in Perú studying the indigenous languages of Quechua and Wachiperi, and have taught in IBE programs in both Perú and Spain.
