BAJEDI

AGeS3 seeks to integrate belonging, accessibility, justice, equity, diversity, and inclusivity (BAJEDI) throughout its activities. Outcomes of diverse participation will be sought by advertising the AGeS³ micro-funding programs widely and by adopting practices that are inclusive and accessible. In particular, AGeS-DiG was developed in direct reaction to the need to explore new approaches for recruiting underrepresented groups to the geosciences and provides opportunities to evaluate, test, and learn new approaches to BAJEDI.
