The Postdoctoral and Early-career Association of Researchers (PEAR) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and the Postdoctoral Association of Colorado Boulder (PAC Boulder) present the third annual Front Range Industry and Postdoc Summit (FRIPS).

FRIPS 2020 will be a two-day virtual event focusing on career coaching and industry perspectives. This year's FRIPS builds upon the success from FRIPS 2018 and 2019, where over 100 postdoctoral researchers and graduate students throughout the Front Range attended to network and learn about careers in industry.

Postdocs are encouraged to participate in the elevator pitch competition, which will be judged by industry professionals and awarded a monetary prize. Those interested can register here.

FRIPS promotes the dissemination of cutting edge research with industry partners and builds ongoing local partnerships and collaborations between Front Range academic institutions and the private sector.
