The university will host several Departmental Recognition Ceremonies and/or receptions throughout campus on Thursday, December 19th and Friday, December 20th. On these days, all campus parking lots, with the exception of Lot 380 (located near Macky Auditorium) will be open on a space-available basis for public parking. Parking on campus, including at parking meters and pay stations, is free on department ceremony days.

A campus map layer for Winter Ceremonies has been created as well.  This campus map layer went live on Thursday, November 14 and is currently available for anyone who accesses the CU Boulder Campus Map online.  You are welcome to link to the map layer directly in communications you send to graduates and their guests using the link below which has the Winter Ceremonies layer turned on.

Cap and gown attire is not required for the winter ceremony, yet, most students decide to wear them. If you would like to purchase a cap and gown, you can do that here.

CU boulder strives to create an experience that is accessible and accomodates the needs of those with disabilities.

There are two accessible entrances into the CASE building. One is on the south side of the building that enters on the first floor, near the elevators. The other is a ramp on the north side of the building which enters on the second floor in the main reception area. There are designated ADA parking spots in the Euclid garage below the CASE building.

Please email Haruko Greeson using the email form Here or email Audrey Wilson using the email form Here for further accommodations.
