Best professional advice: Medicine is an incredible field where you get the opportunity to combine passions for science, continuous learning, and direct service to others through some of the best and and most challenging times of their lives. I encourage anyone who shares these interests to pursue the field. Medicine can be a demanding profession, but the satisfaction of knowing that you can make a significant positive impact in others' lives makes the challenge more than worth it.
