Professional background, interests and expertise: One common thread has run true throughout my career: solving problems that matter.

  • I began in hospitals, helping them retain a few more pennies on each dollar by dialing in their revenue cycle processes. (Huron Healthcare)
  • I then helped Chipotle’s corporate team explore how to bring their widely-applauded restaurant leadership program into their corporate headquarters. (Chipotle Mexican Grill)
  • I then designed, built, and led a service offering within a social enterprise startup that brought human-centered design to over 300 impact-driven organizations across the globe. (ReWork)
  • At the Future Company, I helped build an organization seeking to marry curiosity with creativity in a way that takes accountability for ensuring progress is made on society's biggest challenges.
  • Now at eFacil, I help growing companies scale in a healthy, resilient way.

Fun facts about me:

  • I've spent most of my life in CO, but I haven’t been on the slopes for 8 years. Ice climbing is my winter sport of choice.
  • I’m the daughter of a wildlife biologist, so my worldview is shaped by a deep care for the environment.
  • I believe everyone should have a #1 favorite song of all time. I’m happy to share mine if you ask.
  • The only time I’ve been star-struck was when I ran into Bill Nye the Science Guy on an airport shuttle.

Hours available for mentoring per month: 2-4

Best professional advice: If you're looking to join the impact-economy: the best entry to the space and the biggest impact you can have is via bringing rigorous, hard skills to the organization you join. You acquire those before (e.g. I worked at a consulting firm for 3 years first) or you can commit to developing them on your own (e.g. Coursera classes, conferences/trainings, deep relationships with mentors). The most valuable individuals I've seen in this space are those who can bring experience and skills to the high-level visions of any given organization's founder/founding team.
