Elinor Mason is a Senior Lecturer at Edinburgh University in Scotland. She has spent the last year on a fellowship at Princeton, writing about blameworthiness and excuses. She has published widely on moral philosophy, particularly topics related to normative ethics (especially consequentialism) and moral responsibility, and also has interests in feminism and political philosophy. Her book on feminist philosophy, Feminist Philosophy: Issues and Concepts is under contract with Routledge. She has won several teaching awards, and is engaged in many outreach activities related to feminism and gender.
