Dec 19, "Pershing¹s Own" Army Band: new DOUBLE CONCERTO for Solo Clarinet and Saxophone at the Midwest Band and Orchestra Conference in Chicago. Dec 27 - 29, Carter records an album of his complete flute works with Chicago Symphony musicians and Grammy-award engineer Daniel Nichols in Chicago.
